My favorite books series is Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman. If you guys havent heard of its a sci-fi/fantasy series where a guy in his boxer shorts and his ex-girlfriend’s talking cat are forced to survive a brutal, televised alien dungeon-crawl on a post-apocalyptic Earth. It dark comedy, brutal action, with RPG mechanics. It feels like Evild Dead2/Army of Darkness meets Dungeons and Dragons. The audiobooks are amazing, im sure the prose version is too, but the guy doing the voices is insanely entertaining. I thought it was a whole voice cast and was shocked to find its only one person.
Anyway, it’s been blowing up and it was going to drive me crazy not having art for it.

Here’s a break down of the process…
Dungeon Crawler Carl has a webtoon thats been collected into comic book graphic novel form by Vault Comics, I havent read that version yet but it looks awesome.
Anyway, I’ll post more stuff soon.. got alot of stuff in the pipeline I’ll be sharing in the very near future
